Have you ever wondered how we get the wonderful numbers we share with you after #NTxGivingDay? We are lucky to have a wonderful staff member who is not only a wiz in excel, but the sky’s the limit with her data work — Meet Asia! 

Asia Rosie PictureWhat is your role with North Texas Giving Day? North Texas Giving Day Data Administration Specialist. I provide NPOs and Donor Support. I also provide the team data.

How long have you been at CFT/with NTGD?  1 year

What makes you excited about #NTxGivingDay?  The momentum of the day makes me excited about North Texas Giving Day. I love the spirit, events, and people of North Texas Giving Day. I love how the whole city of Dallas comes together to support the day of giving.

Your quintessential #NTxGivingDay moment: My past quintessential #NTxGivingDay moments were the staff picture and Day Break. I am naturally an early bird and active in the morning, so it felt great going to a party in the morning.

What is one area of your job that you’re passionate about? I am passionate about working with the NPOs and working on the data. I believe working close with the nonprofits and data provides the team the story of North Texas Giving Day. unnamed (2)

What do you do when not at work? Outside of work, I am very involved with my church. I enjoy exploring Dallas’ art scene by Dart, hiking, reading, traveling, going to plays/dances, and painting. I love listening to music and going to concerts. My favorites artists are PRINCE, The Fugees, Chopin, Bach, The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Stevie Wonder, and Lauryn Hill. I bet my work neighbors know my favorite songs.  I have a diva kitty named Abby. She is one of my best friendsJ I love playing with her outside of work. I also love going different restaurants in the area.

What is your favorite #NTxGivingDay war room snack?  I love the pistachios, Jalapeno Kettle Cooked Chips, and Sparkling water.
